Will my device still be waterproof?

The preservation of water resistance or waterproofing in devices that have been repaired may not always be ascertainable. This is even true if the device in question was originally advertised as having such features. In such cases, the device may not qualify for warranty coverage due to its uncertain status regarding the retention of its water resistance or waterproofing capabilities.
Any Attached Accessories?

Please keep your SIM card, memory card, case etc. with you during the repair process.

Please note that any accessories such as protectors or skins that are attached to your device may be removed during the repair. We cannot be held responsible for any accessories that may be lost or damaged during the repair process.
